Celosia cristata

This celosia is very tall with large crested 'combs'. Self sows and I consider it relatively invasive. It is such an interesting plant and 'flower' that it is also a must have in my garden.

Brilliant against yellow flowers
The seeds of this plant will sprout even after a few years! This annual is tall and bright. A wonderful accent and a great dried flower. The foliage isn't great, so it's best as a background plant hid behind shorter plants. Needs full sun and room to grow.
