Images and Opinions of Dracaena fragrans from GardenWeb Members| mystique4 - | My corn plant had 2 shoots coming off it. They were doing very well. Within the last 2 days, those 2 shoots started to like rot. I cut them off the rest of the plant & cut off the rotten part & put it in water. Will it grow roots in water or does it need to go straight into the dirt? Please help soon. The fragrance is similar to that of the Lilac and very aromatic for approx 4 hours (duration of the bloom.) The bloom appears in late afternoon.
