 Some in Miami | It grows very slowly indoors and is suseptible to mites caused by dry air, but it thrives in tropical climes. Easy to grow however, and a nice substitute for a christmas tree. :) | Ratings| overall | 8 | | how easy | 10 | | flower | n/a | | foliage | 10 | | propagate | n/a | | fragrance | 1 |

Sept 3, 2002 (Oakridge Shopping Centre) | Not really a pine, but a tropical conifer that does well as a house plant. It is relatively easy to grow, but requires consistant watering. This specimen has lots of natural light from a wall of windows to the east, and a large overhead skylight. It has been growing at this Vancouver mall since 1984. Closely related to pines of the Jurassic period when dinosaurs roamed. | Ratings| overall | n/a | | how easy | 8 | | flower | n/a | | foliage | 9 | | propagate | n/a | | fragrance | 1 |

Our Norfolk was a gift from my wife's grandmother. It lived about a year in the 5 gallon bucket that it was given to us in. Since moving from Nashville to Tampa, it was liberated into the yard at our new home. I hear that they really like Florida, we will see! | Ratings| overall | 6 | | how easy | 8 | | flower | n/a | | foliage | 9 | | propagate | n/a | | fragrance | 4 |
