	My neighborhood is overrun by deer so desperate that they devour several plants they purportedly dislike. However, they have never even nibbled this one. That, plus its easy care, airy foliage, and summer-long blooms makes it a favorite! (Note: The deer ignore "ferny" varieties like moonbeam, but I have seen them eat "fleshier" coreopsis types with thicker stems/leaves.) Its ferny foliage is light and airy.	I love moonbeam coreopsis. It blooms spring to fall, with just occasional shearing back. You can dig up a plant in the spring, divide the root system into several pieces, and each one bushes out into a beautiful, full plant.
