I have a 1.5 metre high bush and the leaves all have white spots on them and it doesn't flower as much as it should. Is it a disease or is the soil deficient in some nutrient? Yesterday, today and tomorrow | I have a gallon size plant which I planted in semi-shade but had no flowers, so i moved it to full sun and it has many blooms.
