Flowering in July	There are some really neat colors available now with the different cultivars, but as far as I know, all are still relatively aggressive plants. I like the ferny foliage and the flat-topped flower clusters, but I have to work to keep them from taking over the surrounding plants and the flowers want to flop over. I would grow this just for the foliage, it is so lovely and lacy-looking. To keep it from spreading I cut the bottom out of a very large nursery pot (the kind big trees come in) and sink it in the ground with just a few inches above. This has been an easy plant for me to grow - almost too easy. I'd rank this plant (overall) higher than an "8" if it didn't spread so much in my garden.
