I agree mikentx: Vigna caracalla IS different from Phaseolus caracalla-I have both. Vigna Caracalla("Corkscrew flower")is a large spiral cream colored bloom with a violet streak. It is fragrant. It can be fussy, and blooms only in the Fall. Seeds are larger than Phaseolus.
