I agree mikentx: Vigna caracalla IS different from Phaseolus caracalla-I have both. Vigna Caracalla("Corkscrew flower")is a large spiral cream colored bloom with a violet streak. It is fragrant. It can be fussy, and blooms only in the Fall. Seeds are larger than Phaseolus. Phaseolus Caracalla("Snail vine") has smaller blooms and is primarily lavender in color. ...
