To me, the dark violet colour turns out to be a drawback, as the flowers are hardly distinguishable from their green background. I have it climbing up a fence in half-shade with parthenocissus quinquefolia and I am trying to figure out how to make The President more visible there.     by anna_beth    more remarks...
