Remarks:
Allium globemaster is an improved variety and is the best of the large purple globe type alliums. It has a higher bud count and extended bloom time due to this fact. It also has more attractive glossy foliage but the only drawback as with all alliums the foliage begins to enter dormancy while still in bloom.
